General Information

The Los Angeles Unified School District’s Student Records Center (SRC) is responsible for the permanent archiving of student cumulative records of former LAUSD students. Cumulative records are maintained for students who attended LAUSD schools from the late 1880’s to present day. Records for each LAUSD school the student attended may include a listing of classes completed, grades, test scores, immunization records and graduation status.

All requests for student records / information will be submitted and paid for online. Phone and fax requests will no longer be accepted. If you are a government agency, please contact our office to receive a coupon code prior to submitting your request.

No walk-in, in-person, or same day service is available.


Charges will apply when ordering student records. Please note the information below:

    • Please allow 30 business days to process student record orders
    • Please allow 10 weeks to process replacement diploma requests
    • Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed on normal business days during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM). Click the appropriate link button to request information.


ATTENTION CONCERNING CAL GRANT REQUEST: Once you have submitted your request and payment, you MUST send in your original Cal Grant form with the order number provided with successful purchase by February 28th. Please send the paperwork to: Student Records Center, 2151 North Soto St. Los Angeles, CA 90032.
